NeoAppBuilder allows you to design, create and publish your own HTML5, web and mobile apps. The environment provides a complete set of tools that simplify the complex process of developing web and mobile apps. After you start the program, you can either create a new app from scratch or open an existing app. Here you can select the dimensions and initial orientation of your app. The settings you choose depend on the type of device where your app will be used.
